Additional persons are $15 each. No more than four people per unit.

Resort Policies - please read carefully

Requirements for high season:
Advance reservations, prior to June 1st, require a minimum stay of five nights, if stay includes a holiday, Friday or Saturday night. Stays of seven days or more are discounted 10%, if, a 50% advance payment by check is received within ten days of making the reservation. After 10 days if check is not received, the advance payment will be charged to credit card and discount will be disallowed. Full payment is due upon arrival.

All advance payments are non-refundable as of 60 days of arrival date. A $100 cancellation/transaction fee will be charged to reservations cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. We suggest travel insurance to cover any losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shorter stays accommodated as availability occurs. All reservation requests considered. Walk-ins accommodated based on availability.

Special rates are also available for groups and shoulder seasons stays and may be inquired about by telephone or e-mail.

Smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas only. There will be a $500 charge for a violation of the no smoking policy in our units and will be charged to the credit card. Sorry, no pets allowed.
